What's the difference between Core and Premium?
Core handles guest communication — live voice, chat, automated messages, FAQs, basic reservations and availability — for hotels up to 20 rooms. Premium adds full hotel operations: maintenance, housekeeping, invoicing, P&L, SOP tracking and reporting, for hotels up to 50 rooms.
What counts as an "AI conversation"?
One conversation is a complete guest interaction with your AI agent — across voice, chat or messaging. Core includes up to 1,000 per month and Premium up to 3,000. If you consistently need more, you can move up a plan or talk to us about Enterprise volume.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There's no setup fee on Core or Premium. Enterprise is scoped and quoted on a short call.
How does annual billing work?
Pay yearly and save 20% versus monthly — Core is $4,080/year and Premium is $7,680/year. The discounted rate is held for the term.
What currency am I billed in?
Pricing is shown and billed in USD. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Why isn't there a published price above 50 rooms?
Guest volume, operations and integration needs grow non-linearly past 50 rooms. A short discovery call lets us scope your property properly and quote a price that holds up once you're live.
